Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the War Thunder stats Discord application (the "Bot") and the website at antoniocnz.com/wt process, and why. The data controller is Antonio Canzanella, contactable at [email protected].
1. What we process
Discord interaction data. When you run a Bot command, Discord forwards the command and the parameters you type (for example a squadron tag or player name), together with the identifiers Discord includes in an interaction (such as your user and server IDs). We use these solely to answer that request. The Bot does not read your message history, does not log message content, and does not build advertising or behavioural profiles.
Public game data. The Service ingests public War Thunder replay data — player nicknames, squadron tags, vehicles and match results — from Gaijin Entertainment's publicly accessible replay listings. This is public in-game information; it is not collected from you and is not linked to your Discord account.
Website analytics. The website uses Google Analytics (loaded only on antoniocnz.com, never through the Bot) to measure aggregate, anonymised traffic. IP addresses are handled by Google in anonymised form.
2. How we use it
To respond to your commands, to publish scheduled squadron reports to a channel you configure, and to display statistics on the website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except as needed to operate the Service (see Processors).
3. Retention
Game-derived data is kept on a rolling window (roughly three to four weeks) and then automatically purged. Discord interaction parameters are processed transiently to build a response and are not retained as a personal profile.
4. Processors and third parties
We rely on Discord Inc. (interaction delivery), Gaijin Entertainment's public replay service (source data), our hosting provider, and Google Analytics (website only). Each processes data under its own terms.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. Because the in-game data we display is tied to public War Thunder nicknames and squadron tags, you can request removal of a specific nickname's data by emailing [email protected].
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use the Bot.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
