Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the War Thunder stats Discord application (the "Bot") and the companion website at antoniocnz.com/wt (together, the "Service"), operated by Antonio Canzanella ("we", "us"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server, using its commands, or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service provides statistics and analysis derived from publicly available War Thunder battle replays — including replay search by squadron or player, battle-rating matchmaking favorability, and vehicle-efficiency rankings — surfaced through Discord commands, scheduled channel reports, and web pages.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service; use it for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or data. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Game data and intellectual property
The Service processes public in-game data (player nicknames, squadron tags, vehicles and match results) obtained from Gaijin Entertainment's publicly accessible replay listings. War Thunder and related marks are trademarks of Gaijin Entertainment. This Service is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gaijin Entertainment or Discord Inc.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Statistics are derived from third-party public data and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may restrict or terminate access that breaches these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
